YES!

Well, I've finally done it.

After far too many years I've finally plucked up the courage to go out.

My friends Pauline and Barbara accompanied me. I'm not going to say it was easy - far from it. But the three of us went out for a meal.

The food was not what it was alleged to be - but I don't care. No one batted an eyelid (other than me, obviously). We went to a very upmarket place. Drank wine. Ate food. And were simply three ladis together.

That was a week ago - and I still haven't climbed down off the ceiling.

Onward.

And you thought I'd gone....

Well I haven't.

Done little dressing over the last year but I'm back now - like a regenerated Time Lady.

Hope you are all still out there - I'm on the rebound.....

Epitaph

No, don't worry, this is not my epitaph. I've not gone - just going through a hard time at the moment.

But tomorrow is Remembrance Sunday and at cenotaphs all over, the Kohima Epitaph will be read:- "When You Go Home, Tell Them Of Us And Say, For Their Tomorrow, We Gave Our Today".

It was while I was looking for this on the web that I came across Werner Heisenberg's epitaph:- "I lie somewhere over here."

Genius. Sheer, bloody genius.

Sorry I haven't blogged recently. Not dressed recently (as in, for over 2 years) either.

I need some impetus. Crank starting. A kick up the backside. (I'm not looking for volunteers for the latter, by the way.)

Don't know where this is going, but thought it good to let you know I'm still here. I read all of your posts. And I don't even blink.
